As a certified coach (Graduate of the École Supérieure de Coaching), I began my work in individual support in 2019 within the social area, a path I chose to pursue after a life-changing encounter. I am a dreamer and I firmly believe that the world can become a better place by focusing on people through personal and community development.
​
Holding a Master’s degree in Political Communication from CELSA - Paris Sorbonne and being passionate about sports, I initially intended to pursue a career in that field, where I had my first professional experiences in France and New Zealand. In 2016, I met refugees and gradually shifted towards social work, creating the "Do You Speak Sport?" project in France to help refugees integrate through sports. In 2019, I decided to move to Canada, where I led La Boussole Vancouver, supporting people facing precarity, addiction, and mental health challenges. I then joined YMCA BC to help newcomers as they settled in Canada, seeking stability in their lives, jobs, and entrepreneurial ventures.

These experiences have been of immense human value. In addition to recognizing my own privileges, working with people from diverse backgrounds has strengthened my intercultural understanding. As an immigrant myself, first in New Zealand and then in Canada, I have experienced the challenges and gained the perspective to understand the obstacles faced by those who choose or are forced to immigrate. At Tangram Coaching, I combine this intercultural and human expertise to help you thrive in every aspect of your life.

So here I am, a few years after that encounter, a certified coach pursuing my dream of changing the world through a human-centered approach. Still passionate about sports, I am also a fitness instructor. My approach is holistic: physical well-being supports mental health, and vice versa. This is why I integrate mental preparation and physical fitness to help each person overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.

In parallel, to change the world through community development, I founded La Social Box, a tool to facilitate connections, foster collaboration, and boost creativity—all in a fun atmosphere using games.

CLASSIC
Our comprehensive coaching program works with you across all areas of your life. During 10 to 12 sessions, we help you fully understand yourself — your values, boundaries, and strengths — identify and break through mental barriers, and address specific issues as needed to reach your goals.
